Kiwi Summer..... dry weather...

A lovely cloudless sky for an early walk. This body of water is part of the River system. The current dry spell is causing water levels to shrink by the day. We can now take a short-cut across the shingle to the right.
We are sad to hear of the death of that grand old man, Captain Sir Tom Moore in England. It is ironic that he raised an enormous amount of money for the NHS only to be struck down by COVID-19. RIP Captain Tom.
