Such a sad day. The dreadful pandemic covid-19 has taken the life of Captain/Colonel Sir Tom Moore, war hero, centenarian, determined walker, epic fund-raiser, chart-topping performer, Guinness Book of Records legend and all round decent human being. Britain and the world are poorer for his passing. Rest in peace Sir Tom. We are hugely admiring and grateful for what you achieved in the final year of your long and distinguished life.
