All I want to do is... bicycle!

What a beautiful day it's been today - I ventured out at lunchtime for a bite to eat and sat down in the sunshine. It was lovely to enjoy the warmth on my face - I've had quite enough of the dreariness thankyouverymuch. Having said that, it was a concrete bench and, after 20 minutes, my bum was frozen!

Spent a few hours this evening with a couple of people who started as colleagues, but have become good friends over the past few years. It's been a while since I saw either of them socially and it was lovely to have a catch up. L, who I haven't seen since Christmas, even noticed I've lost weight. Naturally, she is now my favourite person in the whole world.

Charlie is dying to get outside this evening, but we are going to the V.E.T in the morning, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let him do a disappearing act on me again!
