Club Reggae Album from about 1972

Got this cd yesterday to take me back to my early teenage years in Clapham where the influx of migrants from Jamaica influenced my taste in music and its stayed with me right through to today. Still the music which makes me gig about and brings a smile to my face is reggae.

Been working from home today. It's now 8pm and I have a meeting to chair at 9pm with Aus and the US. Looking forward to tomorrow when ill be in the gym first thing and later at midday for some Dead Lifting.

Had a Frey Bentos S & K pudding for dinner with mash n' peas. That's repeating on me. I said that's repeating on me, I said ... Oh never mind.
