Dillion's Bed Time

Dillion's gone to bed, Astra's gone to bed upstairs as usual. Think it's time for us to go to bed and watch Death in Paradise.

Has a good gym day again. Reach my target for Squats but failed miserably on the diet again.

Working From Home tomorrow as usual Australian and American meeting tomorrow night at 9 till 10pm so not travelling to London.
