Our list from the 1 hour RSPB Birdwatch

It was a good number of species more than in most other years.

I always notice the regularly seen birds that don’t appear as well as those seen.

The Wren appeared late and then one Long Tailed Tit which is very surprising , 5 or more is the usual flock seen.

After the hour 30 Goldfinches appeared on the roof of our house and the next. What a noisy group.

No walk today.

We have just finished watching The Train on BBC2 this afternoon Burt Lancaster and Paul Schofield
