Flower Festival

I’ve received some lovely flowers that I’ll be blipping because they’re so lush. These are from Elbows for my birthday on Tuesday.

Today, after Bible study, I enjoyed some traditional pumpkin soup with 3 friends on Zoom; one of whom made it and another one delivered it ... It was great having an hour with them, but I obviously miss the pumpkin soup gathering in person, with more friends and easier chatter.

Another time ... We also had parents evening online for MightyMouse - it was brilliantly done. Really smooth appointments. Hats off to those that organised it all, using the software to its best. Way to go!

And as for what teachers said about him ... ha ... they seem to like him, like his engagement in class but would prefer a little less chat! Sounds so familiar. He’s choosing GCSE options next week so we needed to listen well.
