Christie's Sledge Race

Another great day, still cold, mostly sunny and some wintery showers.  There was quite a breeze when the showers arrived.  Lovely evening tonight.

Up early, and a quiet morning at home, until bro Jonny phoned, and headed out with the family gang.  Mam came over for a walk in the afternoon, and met in with friend Julie on our travels.  Working in the shop this evening, more walkies and then feet up for the night.  Day four of no Coronavirus cases, things are looking better now.

First stop this morning was at Quarff, not much snow, so we all headed out west, snow there.  We had such a good fun racing on sledges, various different runs mixed with us all, even Sammy came down a few times with me too.  It's been a lot of years since I was on a sledge last, and I sure have missed it :)  Ruth taking the lead here, Isaiah 2nd, Michaela 3rd, and Lena 4th, things soon changed after the photo.  Taken at Nesbister, Whiteness.
