Backlit Backhoe

On the spur of the moment I pulled off into a construction entrance...the sun was low and lit up the land a lovely gold, and these creatures (there were three of them) were unattended and volunteering to be blipped. Our county has been one of the fastest growing in the country, which means we're losing farmland and open space at an alarming rate. Besides new housing, for which there's a huge demand, Loudoun has over 60 data centers and counting. Apparently 70% of international internet traffic flows through these every day...I don't understand how, but it boggles my mind.
