CMC went through to Kirkwall for badminton.  Her parting shot was ‘Lift the carpet from my craft room and, if you know what’s good for you……’.

Meantime, come the evening, she’s channelling the spirit of Juliette Greco .  It’s not easy.

Called in past Eleanor and Angus.  They gave us a parish update (in the garden).They advised us to avoid the village as two weel kent folk now have Covid.  We had wondered why the Flotta Lass never came back from the island last night.   Well, now we know, as there is also Covid amongst the workers and they are being kept in the Terminal Camp.

We are a day late as tonight it’s clapshot, haggis and sprouts for tea.
