Male Junco

It was busy for awhile outside, bird wise...but this is the ONLY photo that came out half way decent....through the window, too.

Bill and I bundled up and went on a good walk this afternoon. The air was brisk as the breeze was pretty cold.

And that's about all the excitement around here. Pretty quiet. Oh, I did meet our new neighbors across the street. Her name is also Sue, so we should remember each other's names okay. She seemed very nice.

So, I've been on my healthy eating for a full week and a day. I have not lost any weight. My husband, who is on the 'no treat' diet also, has lost 2 pounds. Well, yay him. But, seriously...arrggghhhh!
