Upgrade #2

The new and improved version of a soft collar for Chaiyya got delivered just in time, before I had to take her and Rani to the vet for a check-up. All is well. Now both of them are fast asleep after all the excitement.

An otherwise unremarkable day. It snowed again this morning, but it soon became an unpleasant mix of rain and snow. The sky kept its depressing grey for yet another day, and the weather forecast looks bleak - no sunshine, only more snow and rain until Saturday at least. 

If I didn't have blip to remind me of the two sunny days we had this month, I could have sworn that all of January had been dark, wet and grey. 

I am truly grateful for our little four-legged, furry anti-depressants...
