Blue skies

I had a good long sleep and a lazy start to the day. My flute lesson was at 11.30 (via Zoom of course) and my teacher gave me good feedback about my progress. After a lovely salad for lunch and doing the online groceries, my friend Alison came over and we set off for a socially distanced walk. We nattered all the way round and stood on the drive for a while when we got back putting the world to rights. Mum came over and my son took some photos of her as she is going to be the subject for his next artwork. We have a FaceTime call with my daughter before dinner and then the online quiz. The Canadians beat us tonight. They are getting good (but they do have a bigger team!) It’s cold outside and we scraped Mum’s windscreen for her. The forecast calls for snow ... would make for a change. We’ll see .... stay safe x
