There are Fairies at the Bottom of My Garden

During Lockdown last spring Suzy and the girls made a lovely fairy house for my garden. Today she brought the girls around to play in the garden so I could at least see them from a distance. I bought new fairies for them to play with but, it turned out that Geordie was more fun to play with.
He was delighted to see them. They quickly had him doing what they asked: sitting, shaking one paw and then the other, fetching sticks and balls. He will do anything for the girls. It was great to see them, but rotten that I couldn’t be close to them or ask them indoors. So we stayed in the garden until we were just too cold and they had to go home. Geordie and I came in and gradually warmed up and have done little or nothing since.
