Dipper

Had a lie-in and finished my book, there was no pressing reason to be up early, especially as it was still raining at the time. 
The weather did improve later and Mr Rat and I went for a walk in the park and golf course where I saw this dipper. Quite pleased I was able to get as clear a shot as I did. Also saw a heron later but it was much more co-coperative.
Earlier the postman arrived with a bouquet, an unexpected gift from my daughter to cheer up a cold, dark January.
I finished the jigsaw (though several missing pieces) and did a bit of housework and admin, a quiet day.
