Somewhere

We waited to speak to my brother to see what to do today. He went to visit Mum early and she was brighter so it was a quick pack and into the car to head south. (We'd already made a packed lunch as we would need it whatever we did).
It's a long journey, with an hour added by holdups near Durham, but we got to the hospital in just over 8 hrs. Another brother was still there so we did a quick catch-up and then went in for about an hour. Mum was rather drowsy but able to talk a little and was pleased to see us.
Then to my brother's, some food and bed.
