Not a picnic
According my physio I should take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour when walking and take the weight off my knee to allow it to rest. According to Men’s Health I should stop exercising every hour to rehydrate before I develop symptoms of being thirsty and according to the surgeon who took out my gall bladder many years ago I should eat little and often to avoid gastritis.
So you see officer this is not a picnic......
