The widget.

Another busy day here. Took the 3 kitties to get their jabs this morning. A blip of them shivering with fear on the vets table seemed a bit cruel. I did try and take a snap of a boxer dog with one of those plastic cones around his head (which I always find highly amusing) but the owner gave me a death stare so I chickened out.

Later I visited my favourite hardware store. As the weathers still quite chilly with no real sign of spring arriving I thought I'd better get some more kindling for our stove.

I love any excuse to visit there - I spend ages mooching around & rummaging around the tonnes of stuff they've got in there - screws, widgets, tools, you know the kind of thing.

But was saddened to see lots of empty shelves when I got inside and to find out they're shutting down at the end of April.

No more widget browsing for me. But I did get a super sized can of WD40, so all wasn't lost....
