Summer Beauty

There are more than 700 varieties of eucalyptus tress in Australia, and this is one of the smaller ones known as a ‘flowering gum’. They are very common in urban areas as they don’t grow as large as some of the others. I planted one outside my house, but it is still coming into flower - this one is just down the road a bit - and will soon be a mass of flowers. The bees love them, which is great for all the other plants.
