Duck and drakes on ice.

I read so late into the night I'm amazed I got up when I did and even managed to do some housework.  Went off to Birnie Loch for a short walk and a quick photograph but was there for ages and went a bit further than I intended.  Quite a lot of people some of whom have no idea what six feet or two metres  is like.  I kept having to go off the path to get away from them.  If only I could get up early  it would be quieter and I would get better photos too.  Came back to laze in my usual fashion with tea and toast and bramble jelly.  Looking forward to game casserole for dinner.  I'll never get thinner at this rate and I was doing so well before Christmas.
