Monday: The Permanent

It was a beautiful blue sunny day today so I took a lunchtime stroll down West Pender.  Here is the BC Permanent Loan building, one of Vancouver’s heritage buildings.  It dates from 1907.

Somehow I managed to join an online call with my backdrop showing a very large picture of Palmerston.  Luckily I was able to rectify it quite quickly.  And it wasn’t the type of meeting where it would have mattered hugely.
