The morning sky...

...not from the yoga mat, the sky was a good bit less interesting by the time I landed on the yoga mat this morning.

This was the sky when I opened the blind and was headed to the erg bike for a wee cycle. Downloaded Zwift last weekend and hadn’t had a chance to use it and my free trial was about up. It made my time on the exercise bike more interesting and made me stay on the bike a bit longer...I think there is quite a lot to learn with it though and not sure I have the time for that:-/

Quite a productive day, cycled, did yoga, walked, ran, read, listened to an audio book, worked, watched a movie, did a couple of tasks, folded laundry...grateful that I managed to fit a fair bit in :-)
