A good day. The online service this morning continuing the theme of Honesty over Silence and mental health, on the topic of anxiety. Then a day with Big Sis here for Sunday lunch and a relaxing afternoon and evening.

We lit the fire again and sat close by. Thinking we must toast those chestnuts we bought for Christmas....
