More cycling - even a wee spell on the arm exercises (VERY tough) then out for a walk in the afternoon. (8,145 steps)

Archie went out in the morning with Becky and Daniel - he got a very good report (he doesn’t always) - he made lots of friends, played fetch with the frisbee for quite a long time, and didn’t bark at anyone.

We then went for a walk - not stopping for coffee this time - up the Mile to the Castle Esplanade. The sunny day changed to a few spots of rain, so I decided that was enough for me, and got a bus home. One just arrived, which was great, as there can be a long wait. A cheery driver this time. JR and Archie walked, and the rain didn’t amount to anything.

Quite enjoying ‘The Great’ on Sunday evenings, though it is so OTT, and quite rude at times.
