This was taken at 5.45pm in Dundee - not fully dark - SPRING IS HERE!!!! :)

After a disappointing rugby scoreline yesterday, the sun rose for a new day today, a Monday - a day off work!!! After a long lie in and a lazy morning/mid day, I packed up my stuff and headed back into Edinburgh city centre for a lazy lunch in Starbucks overlooking the castle and the afternoon train back to Dundee! I loved today and should definitely take a Monday off more often! The only downside - I'm not going to know what day of the week it is for the rest of the week!! haha!

Surrounded by both dissertation notes and photographs from the weekend, I got an unexpected visit from a friend this evening! Cue further gloating about the rugby scoreline from yesterday and subsequent pillow attacks! Unexpected/unplanned visits are the best ones, even if this one was cut short. Still waiting on my 'non self-assemble' cup of tea so they'll just have to come back again! :)

Back to work for me tomorrow.... :(
