Not my picture

I've been at the desk most of the day - everyone else got out for a walk. 

The good news is that I've finished the writing up for the assignment - formatting, referencing, proof reading - and culling some words to go.....  proud to be at this point, especially as I had a message from two of our team who only started theirs today (yikes!!!)

Today I'm grateful for:
The running challenge, its brilliant for getting me out when I would have found a reason not to
Fab, middle aged, podcast to listen to when running
Another evening spent camping in their bedroom, and listening to the inane  vatter that goes on between them after lights out
