Nee naw, nee naw

Harp has been going on about fire engines for the past week. Yesterday a friend on Facebook posted a fire engine bed that was no longer needed and I new that Harp would love it. So it got delivered this afternoon. She's in her element. I can hear her upstairs in bed saying " Xander, I'm in my nee naw bed "

I actually didn't tell Mr R that it was coming or that I had messaged my friend about it ;-). I was going to see if he would notice. Haha.

I actually seen real people today. Well people on Zoom . I hard a board of directors meeting. It's so refreshing to actually chat to other people. I have been asked if I will take up the vice chair opening at the AGM. PIN is a fantastic group to be part of so I'm totally thinking it's a yes .

Xander's teacher agreed with me about him having a day off. I'm so lucky that he attends a great school and they understand him so well. I think that he's doing well considering he missed half the first year of primary 1 as he only went till lunch. And then covid has taken away P2.
All the little people at the moment are losing out on connecting with people, and I think having a huge amount of school work on top of every is just insane. My nephew is 16 month's older than Xander and his work load is awful. I cannot believe that his school expects him and my niece to complete it. My sister is a little stressed. Can you tell I have a more laid back approach about home learning.

I am just about finished feeding the Jedi and then I shall be heading upstairs as as I type Harp is wired to the moon and keeps on shouting for Mr R. She's a monkey.

Happy weekend blip friends. X
