REALLY ???

If you remember before Christmas our street was having road surfacing done and broken pavements replaced? 
The workmen quite rightly stopped for the holidays.I
THEN a letter arrived from the local Councillor I had complained to. see blip.
I've blipped where the work ends at my neighbours gate.
Outside ours and further along is still a death trap.
I emailed the Councillor inviting him to come and see for himself.
He replied saying  funnily enough he had just been to see it.
I also asked if the Phantom Estate manager had been made  redundant..
He ignored that bit ;)
