Quite the Adventure

Today I had the stem cell therapy procedure on my knee. It’s a fascinating process with a bit of a recovery. I’ll be on crutches for three weeks to keep weight off the joint....that will slow me down! I should feel some pain relief in a month or two and some serious relief after six months. Fingers crossed!

I went out to the garden at midday before the procedure to take a blip and found the Camellia sasanqua ‘Yuletide’ in full bloom. So beautiful and fragrant too!

I have no idea what I’ll post for blips coming up....we’ll see just how adventurous I can be on crutches!
