A Close Shave
On those days when I leave my camera at home, I resort to an occasional series of ill lit @sgwarnog objects.
This sheep was one of the last things my Dad made for me, and deserves a better picture. As previously blipped, he was a woodwork teacher, and had a reputation for devising small wooden objects or creatures as gifts. His works decorate the lounges of family and friends to this day.
This sheep was one of a kind though, and I can't look at it without picturing him at his bench carefully planing, coiling and gluing the shavings that cover this creation.
He was a fan of Wallace and Gromit, so perhaps this work was part inspired by A Close Shave.
A better lit version, from a previous shoot.
