Stag

Well once again we made our way over to Charlecote Park for our daily exercise. Unfortunately West Park was closed to allow it to recover from the foot traffic it has seen over the last few weeks. 

Having said that the numbers of people being allowed into the park has been further reduced because of Covid and we did a quick count and got the number to around the 20 mark, which was at 10.30 this morning.

However, as we parked and were getting our wellies on another car pulled up close by and out stepped two friends who we haven't seen for the last twelve months. A quick catch up followed before we went our separate ways around the park that was open.So nice to see them.

I did say that I wouldn't put another deer picture on but couldn't help myself. We did get quite close to them before they started moving away. Such beautiful creatures.

Afterwards we went via Stratford and called at the pharmacy to pick up my warfarin tablets and then continued on to home to lay this evenings fire and check the post where we found that a Christmas card had finally arrived from one of J's cousins in Australia!
