Sunday

Sunday I do my best to stay home, love on the dogs and recharge my battery. Today was just such a Sunday, I got all the errands ran yesterday and even managed to make some Chile. Gringo chili the kind with beef and kidney beans, not green chili. Tye chili was a good choice as it snowed last night and I woke up to a few inches of snow. All is good.

Sunday afternoon is for coffee and a book. Currently this is my favorite hot mug made by Paloma Blanca Ceramics, a fellow audiologist turned potter. Normally I drink my coffee iced however I recently discovered the espresso machine steam wand works best if used a couple of times a week. So here it is one latte with just a touch of caramel drizzle. Yum!
