"Smile though your heart is aching..."

Dear Diary,

I just had to find something to smile about and this lovely lady is right down the street from my house.  She has such a sweet smile and her flower collar is very pretty.  This was one of my Dad's favorite Nat King Cole songs, "Smile", and it's one I'll be humming today.
