Moroccan Couscous
Yottam Ottolenghi's new series Mediterranean Feast started on tv this evening and he focused on Morocco. It was so inspiring that I had to go and cook the couscous recipe straightaway (the only dish for which I had nearly all the ingredients).
My bowl comes from the Middle Atlas mountains and is made of thuya wood. It is both beautiful to look at and to touch, maybe it will merit a blip of its own in due course.
