Blue Skies and New Restrictions

After our mega walk yesterday, today was quieter. It was the first day of my new course, but I only had to pop online at 8am to say hello, hand over to my colleague and say that I’ll see them later in the week! An easy first day!

Finished the day with 14,500 steps, but think I ate more calories than I burned today! At least that's the lemon cheesecake finished now.

UK in lockdown again. We're moving on Thursday (after Kings' Day on Wednesday) to all but non-essential shops closing at the weekends, not being allowed to leave Barcelona at all, gyms closing, shopping centres closing. Restaurant and cafes staying the same, so are open from 8-9.30am and from 1-3.30pm.
