Doors

Christmas decorations down and packed away today. Normally they don't come down until 6th January and even then I'm reluctant to see them go, but this year the festive season seemed far from 'normal'. The two trees are back in the 'yard for another year where, hopefully, they'll continue to flourish. Though if the larger of the two grows too much, we won't be able to get it up the stairs next December!

Noticed these doors outside the local auction room while I was out yesterday. They'll no doubt stay there, exposed to the elements until the next auction, whenever that might be. Thinking of doors, we're still lacking four - the ones that should have arrived and been put in place before Christmas. Maybe the company they were ordered from will be able to enlighten us as to their whereabouts, but we suspect they're still on a lorry somewhere...
