Book Number 29

I'm enjoying this book and although I won't finish it by the end of the year I'm going to include it in my 2020 reading challenge as I'm more than halfway through! 
Supermarket shopping this morning and it was back to standing in a huge queue. It wasn't any busier than usual inside but I'm hoping not to have to go again for a while.
I had planned on going for a walk but the pavements were icey so I got on with my jigsaw instead. 
We have friends we meet up with every year on the 30th and it is usually a fun filled evening ending up in 'high jinks' by the husbands! This year's get together was a much more muted affair but good to see them nonetheless.
