Fungal Walk

A friend accompanied me on my mission to take photos of some local fungi.  When you're teetering dangerously in a hedge with your camera, it helps to have someone  explain to curious passers by that you are not totally mad.  I'm guessing this is a bracket fungus.  Can anyone say for sure?  The extra's are Yellow Brain Fungus aka Witches' Butter (yuk!) and lichen.

We're moving into tier 4.  I guess most people are.

I'm told this is Jelly Ear fungus. What delightful names they have!
