Sunny on West Lomond Hills.

Not a full day at work, and the last one of 2020. Very slow. I do a short lunchtime walk to get my blip. I get home and work until 2pm. There's no one else working by now and no help desk calls, so it safe to shut down the laptop.

In the afternoon, I opt for a different route. It was quite icy last night, so I am guessing the cycle path will be doubly icy. The sun has also made an appearance, so I cycle to Auchendinny, the up the hill to Howgate and Leadburn, before heading home. A slightly further distance for an after work ride being 33km, but taking about the same time. I get home just before the sun sets. I can relax a bit before having afternoon coffee.

Now all the kids have grown up, and 2 of them no longer live at home, wrapping presents is not the late night thing it used to be. I have a nice beer and relax before the big day.
