Nice morning for a cabriolet drive to the village to collect a bale of hay for the horses. MrsMY has too many this year and so we have said we will take hers as and when we need one. Saves us all the storage issues we have with bales getting damp and mouldy.

A couple of weeks ago MrsMY  delivered the bale with their yard loader but got told off for driving on the road. So agreed I would collect it, despite the hassles with my less than optimal tractor front loader.Went surprisingly well, the old girl starting easily despite still not being fed winter diesel.

Despite the sun, had to go out &  check PV panels as to why so little electricity being produced. Yes a bit of snow coverage but still a bit strange. December is always very bad for us, this year even worse than normal.
