Messy Jollop...

... I apologise for blipping food (again) and for it’s title.

I’m quite a thrifty cook and don’t like to waste anything. This is my Christmas leftover bake. It contains all the bits of Christmas lunch; roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, spinach, mushrooms, sprouts, carrots, parsnips, red cabbage, onion, red pepper, stuffing, you get the idea....
Himself calls any left overs ‘messy jollop’.
I never mind this but, before I blipped it, I thought I should perhaps look up ‘jollop’?
So... Let’s just say I’ll stick with the meaning of it being a ‘medicine’, rather than the urban dictionary definition.
It was nice anyway.
I like left overs better than the main event; much less effort.
