Leftovers

The boys love making huge leftover sandwiches almost as much as they enjoy their Christmas dinner.

In other news Sandy came over and we wandered around with Juno surveying the flooding which is looking quite grim. Several roads have fully flooded gardens and blocked drains. The boys moved our lawnmower onto the patio in case our garden floods, but weather reports seem to show a dry week ahead when flood waters should abate.

I had the great pleasure of spending an afternoon curled up on the sofa drinking wine and eating gorgeously gooey French cheese - feels so indulgent!
