CHRISTMAS SOCKS

Neil and I have spent a lovely Christmas day together.  A mostly lazy relaxing day apart from Neil going for a 5 mile jog around the village this morning.

We had a Whatsapp video call with Becky and Mike around 3.30pm.  Lovely to see them and show each other our gifts. 

Neil and I ate our Christmas meal around 5pm and then we watched the film Home Alone 2.  My blip shows Neil with his feet up watching the film.

The socks he is wearing were one of his Christmas presents from me.  Koala socks.  He loves koalas and I searched online for koala socks with no luck.  So I ended up ordering a pack of 3 pot luck socks. You couldn't choose which designs you wanted - they just sent you 3 random pairs. When they arrived  I was amazed to find that one pair had koalas on them.  No surprise that Neil chose this pair to put  on straight away.

I have eaten far too much today and this evening I'm feeling rather " stuffed" and tired. But happy.  I hope my blip friends have all had a lovely time today and made the best of things even if they weren't able to meet up with loved ones.  Take care everyone and stay safe.
