Merry Christmas From Sophie ...

... and from Tess, Chris, Kate, Joel and, of course, me.

We've been lucky to be able to enjoy a very happy day together. The kids were here early (Sophie made sure of that!) so we could make the most of the day. We opened our presents, had a drink or two and a very tasty traditional turkey dinner.

After dinner we took Sophie to the park for some fresh air, where I overdid the swing bit on the swings (see extra); nothing to do with alcohol, of course!

They went back home late afternoon as Sophie was beginning to flag, the first time they've not stayed with us on Christmas night but we're just grateful for the time we have been able to spend together at times like this. Hope you've all been able to enjoy your Christmas too.
