Christmas Eve

Cassie likes to join my yoga classes. I find her presence really comforting. This morning after posing for a photo she settled herself on the blanket and slept threw the class !
This Christmas Eve class was my second of the week raising funds for Social Bite charity. We’ve raised £556 for homeless people ! I’m hugely grateful for the generosity and support of my yoga friends.
Later in a went for a walk by the river Nith. A bright , cold day, so I wrapped up warm.
Having an early night as I’m exhausted.
