This beach on the eastern edge of the Aberlady Nature Reserve is looking towards the West and East Lomond hills in Fife with the little coastal village of Dysart basking in the sun. In the distance can be seen two anchored tankers, one of which is the Mojito which seems to spend much of the time between voyages, at the deep anchorage off Gullane Point. The long black ship is the crude oil tanker Sarpen waiting for clearance to go to Hound Point. Since this photo was taken it has left and is almost at Hound Point as I write.
