Day 275 A festive tiny world

Violet had a very busy day today.  With a little assistance, she made her bed and tidied her bedroom.  She then helped with the baking of mince pies and jam tarts(see extra).  Finally she decided that my doll's house would look much better if all the Christmas decorations, parcels and tree were put out.  I didn't assist once so the lovely sitting room scene that you see is all her own work.

In other news: there are now 3000 lorries stranded in Kent as a result of France closing its borders to the UK  for 48 hours. A further 36,804 cases of new infections were reported in the UK  today.
