New Years Resolution

Kardimomma and I have a NY resolution for 2013 to get out for more walks this year. Today was the first we have managed. We set off with the children collective confidantly in search of the Downs Link - the path connecting the North and South Downs.

Then we spent a hour wandering round the streets of Bramber, which turns out to be an ugly place (if that is in fact where we were, I may have got that bit wrong as well) and there is not one single house in the streets we wandered where I would like to live.

No matter, Bramber does also have a castle so we spent a happy time wandering round the ruins there (just a few walls, tbh). A very gloomy day, although I was better dressed than yesterday - the light in all the photos I took made for a series of rubbishy photos. Will looks miserable becasue he couldnt decide if he liked being up a tree or not (not really, as it turned out). Both their faces look over exposed, but the tree is nice I thought.

Daisy has now gone for a sleepover, with the promise of sleeping lots of sleep (ha!). And I have nothing to watch on the telly, I am mouring the passing of BrBa.
