The Last Blink o' Light

The wind slackened late p.m. as the Hoy Head glided towards disembarkation at Houton.

Davey visited us today.  During lunch he took a phone call.  He was happy.  His new much awaited batch of chemo has arrived at the hospital.  He said it has made his Christmas.

Sobering.

The day, and the year is wearing on.
