Wet clothes, the scent of damp. The steam from the flask making the windscreen almost a work of art. Sugary biskwits sneaked from the Christmas stash.

now I need to go and earn the moolah. We were paid last Thursday (a week early) and won’t be paid til last Thursday in Jan the 28th. Holey moley. I need to pace myself
